The average turnaround, from the time clients mail their Specimen back to us to the time they can view their results, is 4-5 weeks. During this time, they can expect to receive weekly email communication with the following cadence:
- Email #1: Order Confirmation / Welcome Email
- Email #2: Shipment Tracking Details along with AgeCode™ Blood Collection Instructional Guide Video
- Email #3 (One week after order has been placed): Educational Video on "Why Methylation Matters" as well as informing them they can expect to receive their results within 3-4 weeks
- Email #4 (Two weeks after order has been placed): Educational Video on "Micronutrient Analysis" as well as informing them they can expect to receive their results within 2-3 weeks
- Email #5 (Three weeks after order has been placed): Educational Video on "Pace of Aging" as well as informing them they can expect to receive their results within 1-2 weeks
- Email #6 (Four weeks after order has been placed): Educational Video on "Understanding My AgeCode™ Test Results" as well as informing them they can expect to receive their results within the next couple days
- Email #7: Your Results Are Now Ready / Viewable Email along with instructions on how to access them via your Customer Portal
